Before proceeding with any purchases or inquiries, we kindly ask that you carefully review the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and mutually beneficial working relationship between you (referred to as "the Customer/Client" and us, "Linneka's Kreative Studio". By proceeding with a purchase or inquiry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions set forth by Linneka's Kreative Studio. We value your business and look forward to providing you with exceptional services that reflect the utmost professionalism and dedication.
  • Payment and Commencement
    When booking any of our services, full payment is required before the commencement of any construction or design work. This ensures a prompt start to the project and allows us to allocate the necessary resources to meet your requirements.
  • Design Revisions
    We offer up to three design revisions to allow you to fine-tune your project. Please note that any additional revisions beyond the initial three will incur a fee of $50 per revision. This policy applies regardless of whether you require further changes, are exploring different concepts, or refining your vision.
  • Refunds and Dissatisfaction
    Once the design has been completed and provided to you, no refunds will be issued. In the event that you are exceptionally unsatisfied with the design options, you may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 50%. Our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction, and we encourage clear communication throughout the process to prevent dissatisfaction.
  • Turnaround Time
    We understand the importance of timely delivery. The estimated turnaround time for each service is indicated on our website, under each service. In the event of any unforeseen delays, we will promptly communicate the changes to you. Please note that you will not receive your initial draft on the same day of purchase; we strive to maintain a meticulous design process to meet your expectations.
  • Order Communication
    To maintain the effectiveness of our services, consistent communication is vital. All orders will be considered void 30 days after the initial draft has been sent if there is no communication from you, the customer/client. Regrettably, no refunds will be issued for voided orders, emphasizing the importance of active collaboration.
  • Business Days
    Our business operates from Monday to Friday. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days. Any inquiries, revisions, or communication made outside of these days will be addressed promptly during our operational hours.
